The present text analyses the subject of the application of the judicial precedents in the protection
to the maternity in order to determine whether or not those precedents have constituted a
contribution to the elimination of the gender�s discriminations against women who are part of the
labor world. In order to make this analysis first the labor situation of the women in the working
world will be exposed. Secondly, the legal frame around the protection of the women workers
who are in period of gestation will be described. Finally the article evaluates the impact that those
legal developments have had in the working world. |
