It outlines the imposed charges to the Federal Executive to the need of, ecologically and rationally seize that energetic resource, as well of the fi rst draft of the regulation that has not yet been approved.El presente trabajo da un atisbo a la problemática, solución legislativa y riesgos jurídicos del marco regulatorio administrativo del gas grisú, desde una breve refl exión sobre los esfuerzos para diferenciar este hidrocarburo gaseoso de los demás protegidos por la Constitución federal, hasta la concreción de la reforma a la Ley Minera y la Reglamentaria en el ramo del Petróleo (del 26 de junio de 2006), para regular el autoconsumo y entrega del gas asociado a los yacimientos de carbón mineral.
