On the occasion of the promulgation of Law 13/2009, that reforms the procedural laws in Spain for the establishment of the Judicial Office, have once again raised some issues on the procedural intervention employment consultants, under the institution that Judiciary Act calls �technical representation�. Specifically, the main purpose of reform is to allow �graduados
sociales� to practice the legal representation in the appeal (�suplicación�) of the Labor Process. This work analyzes the new roles of this professionals under the article 545.3 of the Judiciary Act and the capacity of �technical representation� that it is regulating in those article. |
