On occasions, he offers credible proposals forthe completion the illustrations that are missing and concludes with the hypothesis of the intercommunication between poeta and miniatusistson whatprinciples of rhetoric should be considered lo order to make of the cantiga a credible visual nanativeEl autor propone aplicar los conceptos retóricos: inventio, dispositio, repefitio, descriptio, gradatio, transitio, metonimia, ejemplo, centralidad, tópicos, etc..., propios de la narración literaria a la narración visual. Desde este punto de vista recoge las cantigas 18, 122, 142, 169, 209, 235, 257, 299, 256 y 292 y analiza las láminas; también aquellas que, habiendo quedado incompletas en el Códice F, ofrecen motivos de discusión.
