El proceso constituyente y la Constitución vitalicia (bolivariana) de 1826 (II)
Summary: This work studies the Simon Bolivar´s political project in Peru and the elaboration of the Constitution of 1826 called life constitution which was a copy of the Bolivarian Constitution imposed by Bolivar in the electoral schools where simply, obeyed the order. This Constitution did not achieve real recognition, neither had real force. It was lacked of political legitimacy because of ideological reasons and for lacking of national feeling. Likewise, this constitution did not answer to the needs and aspirations of Peru. For those reasons, its norms were ephemeral and its institutions were not reflected in the historical Constitution of Peru.
