This new union of disciplines can be either a return to the Greeks (philosophy as knowledge unifier or a decrease in number of "knowledges" Proposed, or the union of theology and knowledge and finally specialization without fragmentation.En este artículo se estudian las nuevas propuestas epistémicas que se enfrentan al paradigma de la fragmentación, y se describen las consecuencias que ellas tendrían para la investigación jurídica.
