This article deals with the new epistemic proposals facing the fragmentation paradigm along with the consequences they would have on juridical research. Several theories are described, such as complexity, the multiple intelligences paradigm, investigation through problems and not by knowledge fields, in such a way that all possible disciplines converge aiming to the adequate investigative handling of a question posed. This new union of disciplines can be either a return to the Greeks (philosophy as knowledge unifier or a decrease in number of "knowledges" Proposed, or the union of theology and knowledge and finally specialization without fragmentation. |
