The vote count is an institution that accompanies questions about the certainty of the results of elections at all levels in Mexico. One of the factors that may affect this institution is the schooling of poll workers. In this work, with the aim of analyzing this factor, a mathematical study of correlation between the variables schooling of polling station officials, and percentage of polling stations subject to recount for the 2021 election in Nuevo León is carried out. From this study, there is a negative correlation with Pearson's coefficient of -0.20: the higher the schooling of polling station officials, the lower the percentage of polling stations ecounted |
