The objective of the present study was to analyze, firstly, the importance of the clinical history, its characteristics and implementation in new technologies, in the same way, to carry out an analysis of the documentary evidence medium, establishing the clinical history as part of it, evidencing the probative value of the clinical history, because, thanks to its evolution over time, it can be considered a fundamental tool in judicial processes, being this, a documentary evidence that is vital in processes for health acts. |
