Summary: Objective: To identify the psychosocial risk factors present in laboratory personnel by applying the psychoso-cial risk questionnaire of the Ministry of Labor. Methods: A prospective, descriptive, cross-sectional observational design was applied, carried out on the operating personnel of a hospital entity in the city of Manta of both sexes, who voluntarily agreed to participate in a survey of psychosocial risk factors in the Ministry of Labor. A non-probabilistic sampling of consecutive cases was used, which included 21 individuals as a convenience universe. Data collection was carried out in a technical sheet. Results: Of the 21 subjects, 76.19% (16) were women and 23.81% (5) men, it was observed that in discrimina-tory harassment 80.95% (17) had a low risk, 19.5% (4) medium risk, 0.00% (0) high risk. In workplace bullying, 42.86% (9) had a low risk, 42.86% (9) medium risk, 14.29% (3) high risk. In sexual harassment, 61.90% (13) had a low risk, 14.29% (3) medium risk, 23.81% (5) high risk. In job and emotional stability, 66.67% (14) had a low risk, 33.33% (7) medium risk, 0.00% (0) high risk. Conclusion: Indeed, laboratory personnel are low risk both for the risk factors of discrimination, workplace harassment, sexual harassment and have positive job and emotional stability.
