Summary: This article discusses about the juridical influence of soap operas in the Brazilian social scene. Thus, this discuss talks about the State responsibility in the TV entertainment asking for its meaning, proving that creative thinking don’t be ruled, but the others conditions that makes the Democratic State and the Human Rights. So, the soap operas show the social traditions and habits and makes what the society is able to understand or not, so the problem ofrepresentativeness is on real society, and it is not in fictional narrative. For this, the hypothetical-deductive method was used added with some cases to demonstrate its aim.
