La obsolescencia programada: un supuesto de práctica comercial desleal con consumidores
This article analyzes the commercial strategy developed by the American multinational company Apple based on the planned obsolescence of its smartphones and its consideration of unfair commercial practice with consumers within the meaning of Directive 2005/29/EC.
