The Andalusian community has issued rules for institutional participation, creating the Andalusian Council for the Prevention of Occupational Risks, the Centers for the Prevention of Occupational Risks, the Andalusian Institute for the Prevention of Occupational Risks and the Tripartite Advisory Commission on Labor Inspection and Social Security of Andalusia. The planning of the preventive action of the Autonomous Administration is currently focused on the Andalusian Strategy for Safety and Health at Work 2017-2022El Estatuto de autonomía andaluz de 1981 no contenía alusiones explícitas a la ejecución de competencias en materia de prevención de riesgos laborales, las cuales se subsumían dentro de la legislación laboral. En 1983 se hizo un moderado traspaso competencial. Sin embargo, las competencias de Andalucía han sido adquiridas por la “llamada” de la propia Ley de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales. La Comunidad andaluza ha dictado normas de participación institucional, creando el Consejo Andaluz de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales, los Centros de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales, el Instituto Andaluz de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales y la Comisión Consultiva Tripartita en materia de Inspección de Trabajo y Seguridad Social de Andalucía.
