The current panorama of university students in the Latin American and Caribbean region and their connection to the labor market has changed considerably in recent years. It is necessary to analyze the real connection between universities and labor markets in the region and the effectiveness of the legal mechanisms used by different countries. The increase of studies in the field and a promotion of a favorable and flexible labor regulatory framework regarding the heterogeneity of contracts for the labor insertion of university graduates can greatly improve inequalities in the region. |
