Direito e pensamento descolonial: aspectos introdutórios
The main objective of this work is to introduce decolonial thinking. Second, to show that the referred tradition offers an adequate theoretical and conceptual tool to analyze the complexity of modern law and to analyze the specificities that law assumes in the global South.
