The dysfunctions caused by the well-established equality of the workplace with the
electoral unit or constituency are well known in terms of the constitution of the representation
of workers, especially in companies with a complex structure. These dysfunctions have been
amplified by a process of fragmentation of the structure of the companies, fragmentation due
to different factors, among which are the phenomenon of outsourcing and the development and
massive extension of new technologies. Faced with this, several proposals for legal reforms of
enormous interest have been formulated. After framing all these questions, this paper aims to
contribute more elements to the debate on the desirable reform of the concept of work center,
thanks to the exposition of French law on the matter. |
