The objective of these lines is to trace the legal design under which we are presented with
the dual contract for university training. The strict regulation of it raises a number of questions
which can only be saved when the Implementing Regulation provided for on an uncertain date
is issued. In any case, the need to explore other means of contracting beyond those traditionally
contemplated to try to meet the requirements of our university population, the aspirations of
comprehensive training that must preside over the actions of university centers and the legitimate
expectations that every company has for its workers to assume their business culture, drive the
legislator to this normative proposal that , on the other hand it is not a new in our country, because
there were already (in advance of the promulgation of this standard) practical experiences of
certain Universities that met the objectives set out above. |
