Summary: Temporary Tncapacity due to the Common Contingency of self-employment is an undesirable situation, which prevents the worker from performing his or her job function or activity. The treatment offered by countries such as Spain is considered effective because it is not only aimed at repairing physical / psychological damage to the worker, but also provides them with economic income by not being able to perform their job. In contrast, in some countries of the European territory there is a long way for their workers to obtain this treatment, although in Spain, despite the efforts of the legislator, the contingencies derived from the COVID 19 pandemic still remain to be overcome.
