Riflessioni dottrinarie sulla rilevanza giuridica dell’amore coniugale
The paper proposes some considerations on the importance attached by the canonistic to conjugal love in marriage canon. The absence of a single legal and doctrinal interpretation is the result of a different way of conceiving the Patoral Constitution, always object of interpretation.
