AB  - The study of the standards of integral reparation measures established by the Inter-American Court of Human Rights, regarding the sentences of extraordinary protection action issued by the Constitutional Court of Ecuador, generates a problem that directly harms victims due to violations of Your fundamental rights That is why, the objective of this article is to determine if there is no compliance of the Constitutional Court of Ecuador in the sentences of extraordinary action of protection, with respect to the parameters of integral reparation that the Inter-American Court has established throughout the years through its jurisprudence, understood said reparation, as the ideal means to restore that right that was violated, these parameters to be treated are restitution, compensation, satisfaction, rehabilitation, investigation and sanction, and guarantee of non-repetition.
