Summary: |
The present work tries to make a reflection on the disposal of church property of stable patrimony (c. CIC 1291). There
are outside the study, therefore, other disposals protected by the Codex Iuris Canonici (cic) or Code of Canon Law, such
as the relics of saints, images with particular breach, votive offerings donated goods to the Church and precious goods
for artistic reasons or historical.
The article consists of two (2) parts: the first deals with the canonical disposition in accordance with the Code of Canon
