The purpose of this text is to delineate the state of the art of the judicialization of politics in Mexico. First, the particularities of the legal action will be explained. Secondly we will expose the development of the judicialization of politics in Mexico. After a brief contextualization of what the judicialization of the policy implies for the logic of the Federal State, the essential points of the relationship between one and the other will be identified.
