El "estado de suspensión fáctica" del Estado social autonómico
This article reviews the legal elements that contribute to undermine the Welfare potential of the Spanish state through mainly limiting the scope of the social powers of the Autonomous Communities, stressing that it is the State internationally responsible for the failure of such benefits.
