Fundamentación trascendental y análisis lógico en la obra de Robert Alexy

In this paper I discuss the most important challenges facing the Robert Alexy´s theory of legal argumentation in the field of foundation of the rules of discourse and in the field of logical analysis, assessing the difficulties that arise for the rationalist conception of legal decision.
