AB  - The article analyzes the adoption of laws that introduce historical facts in the factual assumptions of the norms. Therefore, certain interpretations of history will have legal consequences. It is the case of the update of historical rights of medieval origin and the so-called «historical memory». All this may alter some basic principles of the legal system and affect existing legal situations.
