The article has as its core the author’s right of the photographer, as it pertains to the Internet and its protection in the areas of cultural patrimony and public interest. It’s analyzed the photography evolution since its beginning, still as simple invention and technique, to after establish itself as art, focusing on juridical developments associated to it. Also are studied the Internet as to its nature, necessarily focused on right to information, being debated the authorial question of photos on it available. Finally, the work focuses on important question of cultural patrimony, particularly with regard to inventory and register of this immaterial property, being defended the valuable function of the photographer in the public humus, referent to documentation and to dissemination of Brazilian culture, without damages for the authorial rights. |
