This article explains, in a systematic manner, the most relevant and recent case law of the Third Chamber of the Supreme Court in the first months of its existence. Particularly as regards the criteria and interpretative guidelines of the «objective cassation interest». The article ends with some observations on the existing appeal before the Supreme Court and its integration into the judicial remedies system.La Ley Orgánica 7/2015, de 7 de julio, ha introducido una reforma sustancial del recurso de casación contencioso-administrativo. La admisión del recurso se produce ahora cuando el tribunal de casación considera que concurre interés objetivo en el asunto de que se trate. En este artículo se da cuenta, de forma sistemática, de la doctrina jurisprudencial recogida en las decisiones más relevantes y recientes dictadas por la Sección Primera de la Sala de lo Contencioso-Administrativo del Tribunal Supremo durante los primeros meses de andadura del nuevo recurso de casación. Y ello, especialmente, en lo que respecta a los criterios o pautas interpretativas de los supuestos de interés casacional.
