Organic Law 7/2015, July 21st, has introduced a substantial reform of the appeals on Administrative Law before de Spanish Supreme Court. Th e admission of these appeals only takes place when the court of cassation finds an objective interest on the matter in hand. This article explains, in a systematic manner, the most relevant and recent case law of the Third Chamber of the Supreme Court in the first months of its existence. Particularly as regards the criteria and interpretative guidelines of the «objective cassation interest». The article ends with some observations on the existing appeal before the Supreme Court and its integration into the judicial remedies system. |
