Summary: The present article makes reference to the established advances in the international agenda to the right of equality and non-discrimination principle. As well as non-discrimination equality's principle among men and women established at the Mexican's constitutional legal frame, which established the obligation of Mexican State to make harmonization of law with the mainstreaming to the Mexican international right, for the juridical protection in defense and promotion of human rights and women autonomy.
