La capacidad jurídica del menor de edad y el Dictamen No. 4/2014 de la Dirección de Notarías y Registros Civiles
The Dictum 4/2014 of the Directorate of Notaries and Civil Registers of the Ministry of Justice allows a minor to execute a deed before a notary. This fact compels us to re-read the articles regulating the legal capacity of a minor and to question its content, nature and scope.
