Summary: Trade and environment reflect two areas where meet in a valid point of contact, which requires them to find joint formulas for the satisfaction of the Human Right to a healthy environment, from the essence of the incessant commercial exchanges of goods and services, as the central axis of the global economy that today must serve the purposes of sustainable development. Only complementarity between trade and environmental protection can ensure a market platform that is fair, evolutionary and erected as a brake to the environmental chaos, from which the contemporary trade agents are doers.
