Summary: |
The latent environmental crisis has apparently
shaken the commercial sector in recent years, placing
the prevailing need to release the exchange of
environmental goods and services (BSA) becoming
the main point in the agenda of many international
trade organizations. Through the application of
a dialectical method that determines the study of a
phenomenon in its interrelation with others, in this
particular case the environmental and commercial
world, the present article examines a series of perceptions
and theories about the commercial easement
of the BSA starting from the challenges that
must be overcome to seek effective environmental
protection from the commercial context, but at
the same time praising the main advantages of a
complete elimination of barriers for the exchange
of this type of goods and services, that can be possible
through the implementation of opportune
mechanisms. |
