The present work tries to analyze the effects that the recent collective negotiation has
produced in the evolution of the remuneration of work in the last decade. To this end, the
analysis of a series of collective agreements, previously selected, applicable in the Autonomous
Community of Andalusia, will be addressed. This analysis will be chaired by the pretense of
unraveling the causes of two of the most significant phenomena that are appreciable in this
regard. On the one hand, the marked pay gap appreciable between different groups of workers,
especially among those who joined the labor market after the economic crisis and those who
already accumulate a certain age. Secondly, it will be explained the reasons for the wage
deviations between the evolution of conventionally agreed salary and the effective average
remuneration. |
