La reforma laboral de 2017 y la negociación colectiva en Brasil
The objective of this paper is to analyze collective bargaining in Brazil after the labor reform of 2017. The methodology used has been both the analysis of the legal text of judicial pronouncements related to it, taking into account also the doctrinal elaborations made in this regard.
