Laburpena: We investigated differences among the different dimensions that make up the Perception of Positive Culture developed by Fernández-Montes, for use in organizations by their different business areas. The sample for this cross-sectional study consisted of 490 people, 64.7% of whom were men and 35.3% women, ranging in age from 18 to 64 years, and who participated voluntarily in the study. The reliability of the instrument was good. There were four statistically significant differences in the dimensions, dealing mainly with the basic processes of the organizational safety management systems: training on occupational risks, preventive planning, emergency response planning, management attitudes on management. We encourage the use of this safety culture instrument in other studies.
