The Constitutional Court legitimacy depends on its capacity to protect and guarantee the fundamental rights: a strong inadmissibility of the appeal could deeply shrink it.El trabajo aborda los riesgos que para la legitimidad el Tribunal Constitucional plantea una aplicación muy rígida de las causas de inadmisión del recurso de amparo y, en concreto, de la exigencia de la especial trascendencia constitucional de la demanda.
