Sumario: This jurisprudence recension shows and analyzes three sentences that the Supreme Electoral Tribunal issued and in which it interpreted the norms that regulate the renewal process of party structures in light of the principle of pro participation. With this, the Electoral Authority facilitates that a larger amount of political parties, as the only legitimate mediators between the political power and the citizens, can carry out the nomination of candidates to popular election posts and consequently participate in elections
