Summary: The main purpose of this text is to aid in the comprehension of the academic ideology ofthe German constitutionalist Peter Häberle. In order to have a coherent understanding ofhis work it is necessary to take into account the presumption of the works of several thinkersof historic relevance on which Häberle based his thinking; here we will be talking about oneof them: Karl Raymund Popper. Häberle publicly acknowledges that his work was possiblethanks to the work of Popper and frequently refers to him, occasionally taking for grantedthat the reader possesses that knowledge, therefore it is advisable to explain some of the fundamentalnotions, and how the learning and application thereto is performed.
