El fronting: perspectiva a partir del ordenamiento jurídico colombiano
Colombian law has not defined the reinsurance contract and the fronting operation involved. Therefore, it is essential to establishing what are its main characteristics, types and especially the rights and obligations of the parties involved when this operation is implemented.
