Se estudia su origen y naturaleza en el contexto nacional e internacional de las &#xFA;ltimas tres d&#xE9;cadas, en las cuales han ocurrido transformaciones fundamentales en lo pol&#xED;tico, ideol&#xF3;gico, econ&#xF3;mico y social.
