Seeks to analyze, based on hermeneutic phenomenology developed by Martin Heidegger in Sein und Zeit, if there are theoretical consistency in Reale synthesis between personalism and historicism, between the doctrines of Husserl and Kant, from which underlies styling "axiological invariants." It presents the notion Reale value as a priori synthesis, which enables the understanding of the correlation being ontic gnoseological between subject and object that is as culture to the objectification of consciousness of intentionality in the historical processes. Thus seeks to suggest that by doing this move, Reale does not exceed the traditions of Kant and Husserl, as stated overcome, and not to remain strictly faithful to such philosophical traditions.O presente estudo aprecia criticamente a noção de valor presente na Teoria Tridimensional do Direito de Miguel Reale. Busca analisar, com base na fenomenologia hermenêutica desenvolvida por Martin Heidegger em Ser e Tempo (Sein und Zeit), se há consistência teorética na síntese de Reale entre o personalismo e historicismo, entre as doutrinas husserleana e kantiana, a partir das quais fundamenta o que denomina “invariantes axiológicas”. Para tanto, apresenta a noção de valor realeana enquanto síntese a priori que possibilita a compreensão do ente pela correlação ontognoseológica entre sujeito-objeto e que se constitui como cultura pela objetivação da intencionalidade da consciência nos processos históricos. This paper critical of the notion of value Theory of Three-Dimensional Law of Miguel Reale.
