The moral stimulation contributes benefits to the cooperative sector, contributing the one sustained increase of the productivity, quality and development of the creative thought. Under the current conditions it is comprehensible the necessity that in the relationship with the peasants is present the Moral Stimulation, in such a sense the reservations of intangible efficiencies are minimized, without investing more resources, also the absence of recognitions, in its consequence, shows frustration, monotony and in some cases I jade siquico, being the stimulation moral reguladora of different emotional states that you/they brake the growth of the results in its absence. As consequence of the previously exposed thing, and result of a study exploratory preliminary carried out starting from a group of investigative methods as studies of documents, interviews, surveys and the author's observation, he/she was proven the empiric formation of those that direct, they control and they regulate the work in the cooperative sector. They appeared weaknesses related with the insufficient use of the moral stimulation, in the results of the work, the values, increment of the productivity, the labor fluctuation and the quality, in such a sense this problem becomes a priority that should be assisted. This study, forces to investigate with depth in the Administration of the Moral Stimulation, it implies a process of continuous preparation of the cooperative sector, so that potencien its acting according to its responsibilities also becomes a scientific problem and the central topic of this investigation.

En las condiciones actuales es comprensible la necesidad de que en la relación con los campesinos esté presente la Estimulación Moral, en tal sentido se minimizan las reservas de eficiencias intangibles, sin invertir más recursos, también la ausencia de reconocimientos, en su consecuencia, muestra frustración, monotonía y en algunos casos hastío síquico, siendo la estimulación moral reguladora de diferentes estados emocionales que en su ausencia frenan el crecimiento de los resultados. Como consecuencia de lo anteriormente expuesto, y resultado de un estudio exploratorio preliminar realizado a partir de un grupo de métodos investigativos como estudios de documentos, entrevistas, encuestas y la observación del autor, se comprobó la formación empírica de los que dirigen, controlan y regulan el trabajo en el sector cooperativo. Afloraron debilidades relacionadas con la insuficiente utilización de la estimulación moral, en los resultados del trabajo, los valores, incremento de la productividad, la fluctuación laboral y la calidad, en tal sentido esta problemática se convierte en una prioridad que debe ser atendida.
