Our study deals with the analysis of those reforms with an impact on the situation of women workers. In particular, it analyzes the reform of labor contracts more feminized, such as part-time work and teleworking, the incidence of internal flexibility and the reconciliation rights reform on the situation of women workers, and contract termination in gender perspective
