Summary: The normative development of the autonomous models of civil participation is a recent experience in the State of the Autonomies. Coinciding with the time with the last statutory reforms and the impulse to new democratic developments, the Valencian Community and Canaries turned into the territories first in approving laws of civil participation. The present study approaches the above mentioned procedure in his statutory context, for reference to other Autonomous Communities and experiences of compared right, and by virtue of the definitively adopted model, opposing his elements and approaching his weaknesses and virtues.
