Sumario: This work is focused on three main questions, i. e., the risk of international law fragmentation due to the existence of various sub-systems, the reconstruction of coherence within the international law system throughout the "dialogue of sources" and, finally, the link between the different types of dialogues as well as the topic relating to Justice in contemporary international law. The author proposes the "dialogue of sources" as a method to confront those risks, following Eric Jayme's methodology, consisting of the simultaneous, coherent and coordinated application of different sources and, as a consequence, the elimination of the incompatible norm.
