For this, and taken as a theoretical framework the history of concepts, the archives -judicial files- are analyzed using the knowledge expressed in the discourses of that time to understand the conflicts generated in attention to the procedural order in which justices should act against vagrancy: a regular procedure or a simplified one.En este trabajo se busca mostrar las relaciones entre las justicias locales y la Real Audiencia, anclando la investigación en las formas procesales de persecución de la vagancia para el espacio bonaerense, durante los diez primeros años de la acción de la Real Audiencia de Buenos Aires (1785-1795).
