Summary: This paper presents the pillars of the reform of the economic governance, that was broken a pieces during the crisis, which sterilized the mechanism of an incipient economic governance set by the Lisbon Treaty. The tsunami covered three areas: the risk of some countries to incur in default, the big macroeconomic divergences between countries and the general breaking of the Stability Pact. Therefore, the paper develop the answers in these three areas.
