We used two types of questionnaires to assess the culture and practices that characterize the safety leadership and action from the perspective of senior management, middle managers, supervisors and professionals who manage industrial safety. The research required a change in the status of the dimensions of safety culture and leadership, with an analysis of their impact on the effectiveness of behavior-based process safety management.
