Along with the duties and rewards of every Christian marriage, essential point of family support, and associated educational and transmission rights implications of faith, ad intra, the external projection of the evangelizing dimension has been studied even to the emergence of missionary families transmitting the faith from their own way of life as a families, in mission areas, fully engaged in the Church evangelization task called ad gentes. First, the concepts are defined, and the contexts and areas of the subject, through the codicial legislation, in order to discover a true family law in the ecclesiastical law. Instruments like family catechesis and necessary involvement with the parish, are also addressed as valuable by the law.En el presente trabajo se recoge la institución de la familia desde el punto de vista del libro III del Código, el Munus Docendi, para resaltar su implicación evangelizadora, que tan necesaria se intuye en la sociedad de hoy día. Junto a los deberes y derechos inherentes a todo matrimonio cristiano, punto de apoyo esencial para la familia, y las correspondientes implicaciones educativas y de transmisión de la fe, ad intra, se estudia la proyección externa de dicha dimensión evangelizadora que ha llevado incluso a la aparición de familias misioneras que transmiten la fe desde su propio ser familia, en lugares de misión, participando plenamente en la tarea evangelizadora de la Iglesia llamada ad gentes. Primeramente se definen los conceptos, así como los contextos y ámbitos del tema, pasando por la legislación codicial, para llegar a descubrir un verdadero derecho de familia en la normativa eclesial.
