Eficacia privada de los derechos fundamentales y recurso de amparo
The aim of this paper is to argue that the fundamental rights enshrined in the Constitution not only apply to the public powers but also to private citizens, thus they are applied directly to legal private contracts, with especial attention given to the role of the Constitutional Court.
